CONTEXT

The idea is to create luxury apartments that float. Apartments on the water ensure a certain distance from others, a certain peace and therefore the privilege of solitude in a wonderful natural environment. That component alone is somewhat of a luxury.

CONCEPT

The design of the houses is fluid, simple, calm, rounded… but it has everything needed for 5* accommodation. Natural materials and carefully selected furniture prevail. The house is designed as off-grid – which means that it is energy self-sufficient. The roof is a photovoltaic power plant.

CURIOSITIES

If they are further from the coast – they can be accessed by boat, and if they are next to the coast – it is possible to access them by a bridge.
